I am so excited to tell you all about something new that’s happening at Villa Andalucía – Villa Andalucía’s Exclusive Dining!

We have our own personal chefs who will come and prepare a fabulous meal for you and your loved one, family or friends here at Villa Andalucía.

We have a variety of different cuisines available from Spanish to Indian to Thai and more. Carry on reading to learn more about the two chefs we have available to cook up the perfect lunch or dinner for you, as part of our exclusive dining at Villa Andalucía experience.

Exclusive dining at Villa Andalucía: Dulce De Lena Catering

 

Ceri at Dulce De Lena Catering prides herself in providing vibrant, fresh and delicious dishes, making the most of local seasonal produce where possible.

Whether it’s summer or winter she has an exquisite menu that can be cooked exactly how you and your partner/friends/family wish for your own exclusive dining at Villa Andalucía experience.

Whether you want to try a traditional Spanish paella with meat/fish/vegetarian or enjoy a beautiful summer salad by the pool you will not be disappointed with the flavours served up by Ceri.

We may be in the Spanish hills, however, Cómpeta is a melting pot of nationalities and along with that comes our fabulous access to a variety of different foods.

Meet Conrad! Conrad was born to Goan parents in Uganda and moved to the UK at 5 years old. His mother introduced him to cooking at a young age and he attributes his culinary skills to her.

Conrad moved to Spain 14 years ago and has worked and supervised in a number of restaurants as well as offering his skills for private catering.

If you fancy an evening experiencing the tastes of Goa, we can organise for Conrad to come up and cook a variety of dishes for you in our exclusive dining at Villa Andalucía offering. Please see some of the menu options below.

Exclusive dining at villa andalucia

Can I answer a few questions for you?

Fourteen days notice is required prior to arrival to book an exclusive dining at Villa Andalucía meal, as our chefs are not permanent members of staff at Villa Andalucía.

That’s easy: simply call 0034 636593284, or email me with your order and any dietary restrictions you may have.

A deposit of €15 per person is required to secure your exclusive dining experience.

Minimum of 2 and a maximum of 10 guests for our exclusive dining at Villa Andalucía experience, but if you have friends in the village they can be included in the numbers as well.

Need to cancel your exclusive dining at Villa Andalucía experience? No problem. Our chefs require that you notify me of your cancellation, by 15.00 on the 8th day prior to your arrival by email. You will be charged the balance on departure if I have not been notified as per the above timescale.

Prices for a three course menu vary but start at €31 per head with Dulce De Lena Catering and €27.50 with Conrad. Please contact me to choose your personalised three course meal and to confirm the final price.
