"Stunning tranquil oasis with beautiful views!

An amazing special family holiday to celebrate our birthdays, hosted for us by Helen at the beautiful Villa Andalucia! The villa is in a stunningly beautiful location in Cómpeta, lovely terraced gardens with patios at different levels and immaculate pool area.

We booked all the rooms for our family and Helen could not have been more helpful in organising so many special requests for us, her communication, suggestions and advice Beforehand, and during our stay made our holiday effortless and such a success.

We all arrived on different flights, transfers all arranged for us with the delicious welcome platter for the late arrivals,, would highly recommend this, exactly as pictured on the website.

Favourite restaurants, Oscars with such wonderful tapas dishes and El Pilon with the upstairs terrace were booked for us, and Helen’s advice re timings to eat on Noche de Vino were much appreciated.

Helen also suggested El Cortijo, literally down the road; which each couple returned to more than once, nice family feel with gorgeous food and another outdoor terrace!
Helen organised Enmanuel to come to the villa for our very skilful massages, the terrace in the shade was so lovely for this, and we enjoyed catching up with him and his lovely wife at Oscars later in our stay.

Another of Helen’s contacts came to do beauty treatments in the room, very easy to be pampered when everything can happen at the villa if you wish.
Helen also found buggy rides in the mountains for us, the men’s request this time, a half day tour was booked via Helen, which both terrified some of us and exhilarated others, but a huge success all round, one of the best activities if you have adult children! We didn’t have transport and this again was arranged making it so easy for us.

We took up the suggestion on the website for the family BBQ- fully prepared by Helen, and auntie Pauline, very tastey homemade Bombay potatoes as a side, more delicious avocados and homemade cake too.
We couldn’t eat everything so again accepted the suggestion to have leftovers stored and served up the next day as lunch which was so easy.

We walked up through the National Park to the fire hut one day, an early start with a pack up and plenty of water. Took a couple of hours each way max, we weren’t rushing, hot and high but magnificent views, not to be missed. Drinks and tapas in the square afterwards!

This holiday was completely bespoke thanks to the beauty of Cómpeta and Villa Andalucia with its lovely outdoor space and Helen our host who pulled it all together for us to celebrate an unforgettable family holiday to celebrate both our 50th birthdays with our sons daughter and daughter in law:

Thankyou so much!"
