We are situated on the side of the mountain
with stunning unrivalled views down the valley, across the Mediterranean as
far as the Rif Mountains in Morocco. We have 7 patios, 3 lawns, a swimming pool, 2
BBQ's & a lovely mature garden for you to relax in. Even
when we are fully booked there is always a secluded corner for you
to relax in. We have solar water installed, A/C in the Apartment & and Orange Room and our drinking
water is fetched from a fresh spring in the National Park.
We have two ensuite rooms and one apartment for rental
all with their own terrace areas, drink making facilities, fridges
and fans and heating. The apartment has kitchenette and large lounge
complete with library, games, DVDs and television. We are entirely
flexible on the change over days. Please see below for detailed
information on each room and our prices.
Availability
We do not publish the availability of our rooms because we have an
extensive list of other high quality owner-managed properties
in and around Competa. If we do not have availability we are likely to be able to offer you a choice of suitable rental alternatives
- so please email us with your
requirements.
Breakfast & Packed Lunch
Breakfasts can be arranged on
request. You have a choice of a full English breakfast or
scrambled/fried eggs on toast, beans on toast or a wide range of cereals and
yogurts all served with toast and homemade jam, tea/coffee and a choice of
fruit juices. Helen will serve your breakfast to you whilst
you sit in the garden where you can take in the fantastic view of the
pool and you can see the small whitewashed village of Corumbela and
further down the valley to the coastline of Torre del Mar. Or you may
sit on the shaded terrace where you are surrounded with a wide range of
trailing flowers and have the lovely smell of jasmin in the morning air.
We require 1 day's notice and the charge is 6 euros per person.
We also offer a Champagne Breakfast for those special
occasions or for you to enjoy because you are on holiday, the breakfast
consists of smoked salmon with capers, serrano and york ham, cheese,
creme cheese, baps, tea/coffee and a choice of fruit juices and CAVA.
We require 2 day's notice and the charge is 10 euros per person.
BBQ's
Why not come and join the family and have a BBQ during the Spring,
Summer and Autumn evenings (and maybe winter evenings), Phil will cook
your food for you and Pauline will prepare the Delicious salads and
sweets, whilst you sit in the garden having a chilled glass of wine or
cava looking at the spectacular views listening to the bird song or to
the donkeys in the valley below. The BBQ consists of a three course meal
and a bottle of wine for 20€ per person
Packed Lunches
can also be provided. Helen can prepare a baguette of cheese and ham, water and some fruit for you at a charge of 6 euros per person.

Our Rooms
Facilities
All rooms have; Bed linen and towels, Heating, Fans, Kettle,
Fridge, Hair dryer and Torches.
All our guests have access to : Private outdoor swimming pool, Sun loungers, Balcony
/ Terrace, Gardens, BBQ, Parking, Washing machine (€5 per load), Iron/board, Clothes dryer,
Dining seating for 12, Lounge seating for 6, Highchair and cot (please book before arrival).
Beach towels can be hired for use around the pool or taken to the beach 1 euro a day.
Beach umberellas and cool boxes can also be hired for €5 each per day.
The Banana Room - This apartment known as the Banana room due to its unique and
quirky shape sleeps maximum of 4, 2 in twin beds plus the double sofa bed can be used for 2 small children. It has a separate private entrance. Pets are allowed,
the area is fenced in. The mini kitchen has a sink, fridge and 2 electric rings, toaster and microwave, kettle and coffee making machine, George Forman, dining table and 4 chairs.
The apartment has a TV with Sky (basic) DVD recorder and a wide selection of books, games and DVD's. The separate bathroom comprises of shower, sink and toilet. The apartment also
has air conditioning, central heating and solar heating for hot water. The front of the apartment has a terrace with a barbeque, 2 sun loungers, umbrella, table and chairs which
have a view of the local village of Corumbela and the valley to the sea.View More Pictures
The Blueberry Room - This room sleeps 2 in twin beds, with fridge and drink making
facilities, also in the room is a clock radio. The room has a large en suite with a walkin shower, toilet and sink, heating and solar heating for hot water. From the bedroom
window you look out to the large garden with lawn, terraces and BBQ area where in the evening and early morning you have the lovely smell of the scented jasmine, there is also
a table and chairs for your own personal use and where Helen can serve you your breakfasts. Also you can relax and perhaps have a quite drink or have a read whilst sitting on

The Orange Room - This room is a large room that sleeps 2 in twin beds
and it has a table and chairs in the room for your comfort. The en-suite consists of shower, toilet
and sink. The room has air conditioning, central heating and solar heating for hot water, there is a
fridge and drink making facilities, also in the room is a radio/CD player. The entrance of the room opens out onto a terrace which has two small tables and reclining chairs for

Prices
The prices quoted are; per
room not per person, for a single night and exclude
breakfast. Please note that there is a minimum stay
of two nights.
